Travel insurance:
Before or during your holiday, something can happen any time like travel cancellation, search/rescue costs etc.
In order to save extra costs in the occasion of cancellation, we recommend you to secure a “Hotel Storno Plus”.

Non smokers house 
We are a non smokers house but there is a possibility to smoke at the balcony or terrace.

Conditions

The number of persons can not exceed the maximum number of the apartment. If you stay with more persons in the apartment, we have the right to cancel the booking.
If you want to bring a pet, please inquire before otherwise we have the right to cancel the booking.
Under no circumstance the apartment may be rented out by you. If you can not arrive, please let us know in writing so we can try to rent the apartment and arrange the cancellation.

Owner / Conditions
During your stay we reserve the right to check the apartment.
If the apartment isn´t cleaned or left dirty, we will invoice you the extra hours.
The main tenant is responsible for complying with the house rules / information and his / her fellow travelers who use the apartment.
In case of non compliance with the house rules, we can cancel the reservation and deny access without refund.

Damage
In case of any damage, we ask you to report this to the management to handle it properly.
We are not liable for your belongings.

Prices

Prices are per apartment and based on 4 persons and based on 1 week-stay (from 7 nights).

In high season (winter / summer) we rent our apartments only weekly and our 3-bedroom apartment is on a base of 6 persons (base + 2 additional persons = base of 6 persons)

In the off-season the minimum stay is 4 days (with short stay surcharge).
On request, we will gladly check if there is the possibility to book a different check-in day.

Surcharges

Extra persons are charged for the total duration as the main booker.
You can rent towels and bed linen with us… Or bring your own towels/bedding for free.

Terms of payment:
To confirm a binding booking, we ask you to pay a deposit within 5 days.
The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Any expenses incurred for foreign transfers are at your expense.
We accept bank transfer and cash (on request, cash payments at arrival)
Any booking with arrival within one month, the entire amount must be paid immediately upon booking

Cancellation fee
With any cancellation, please send us a written notice.

In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total rental price is payable
In case of change of family, you need to let us know or for further letting by us, a processing fee of € 50,00 will be charged.
